We regret that we are unable to send out faster. Certain express couriers, like FedEx, UPS, and others, won’t handle tobacco items. We use Express Mail Service (EMS) and usually recommend smokers to obtain a “refill” no later than four weeks prior to the expiration of their existing supply. This computation should cover any shipment delays and safeguard you against problems.
Can something with a phoney name be delivered?
We strongly advise against it because if the post office keeps onto your parcel for you and you are unable to retrieve it with your ID, the cargo would be considered lost.
